Brown Tract Builders, started by owner Bill Smith is a local, trusted, and experienced professional ready to handle your project with detail and care. Bill takes pride in being a New York State Certified Journeyman Carpenter, with over 16 years of total experience including industrial fabrication, residential renovation, new home construction, commercial construction.  His last nine years have spent working as a union carpenter in the Mohawk Valley and surrounding areas.  Our company has the ability to not only construct sturdy, beautiful, and functional products for our clients; but we can also assist in the design process from start to finish. Expertise in providing the crucial foundation for concrete, exteriors, roofing, infrastructure, framing, scaffolding and while also crafting fine trim and finish work with great pride and precision.  We look forward to hearing from you!
